Winning Sky Arts, Master of Photography 2017

 

In November 2016, I applied for the second season of Sky Arts Master of Photography.  In late December, I was interviewed by the producers and in early January 2017,  I joined 11 other contestants from all over Europe to take part in the reality TV show based in Rome.  The format of the show was a weekly set task, rather like a 'bake off' for photographers. Each participant responded using their skills and personal 'take' on the topic. Each task was shot in a matter of hours over one day, often located in other European countries.  Then followed an elimination process after rigorous judging. This gallery shows my photographs from my favourite tasks.

I was delighted to be voted the unanimous winner in March 2017.
